For 17th consecutive year, credit unions have once again ranked as the top financial institution for Customer Service Excellence in the 2021 Ipsos Financial Service Excellence Awards.

Credit unions also received awards in four other categories including;

• Branch Service Excellence (sole winner)
• Live Agent Telephone Banking Excellence (sole winner)
• Online Banking Excellence
