There are debit card POS transaction issues occurring at certain retailers who require a software update on their devices. This is not caused by our credit union cards, but rather the merchant's terminal. 

If you experience this issue you can:
• Split your transaction to allow for contactless transactions (under $100 each)
• Have cash on hand as a back up until this issue is resolved

Some of the merchants affected include: 

Canada - Global Payments (Loblaw Branch merchants), Moneris (Costco, La Senze, Victoria Secret/Pink, Bath & Body Words, Esso, Petro Canada) and other small merchants. 

USA - NYCE network (Walmart, Costco, Shell, McDonalds and other merchants). 

We have received communication that a software fix is currently being rolled out. Our sincere apologies to anyone affected. We will update as we learn more.

Lost or Stolen Cards


If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can immediately prevent any unauthorized transactions by using Lock’N’Block. Once you’ve locked your card and blocked any transactions, you will still need to report your card as lost or stolen by calling 1-888-277-1043 or your branch.
