Direct Deposit Form

It is as simple as filling out the direct deposit form and taking it to the organization that offers you direct deposit.  The attached form is a fillable form that you can download, enter in your information, print off and take it to the organization that offers you direct deposit. 

PLEASE NOTE:   The account number you place on the form should reflect the account you want the funds deposited into - ie: chequing - 12345 - 102 - do not use your online banking login number -- do not use 12345-002.  If your deposit account number is incorrect your deposit will not automaticly be deposited and there will be a delay in receiving your funds - if you are unsure what number to use please contact your branch for assistance.

Pre-Authorized Payments

A convenient, safe, automatic way to pay your bills in a timely fashion.  Many merchants that you transact with offer this service:

• Insurance companies
• Utility companies
• Telecommunication companies

The Pre-Authorized Payment Form has been added for your convenience - no need to go into your branch.

The attached fillable form can be downloaded, filled in with your credit union information, printed off and taken to the organization that offers you this service.
