How to Receive Money by Email

Click the link in the email.  You will be directed to a special site operated by Certapay, an Interac® subsidiary.

  1. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site and select Progressive Credit Union.
  2. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site to log in to MemberDirect Online Banking.
  3. Log in to MemberDirect Online Banking and enter the answer to the security question.
  4. Choose the Progressive Credit Union account into which you wish to deposit the money.

What you should know:

  • There is no fee to deposit money that you have received by email into your account.
  • If you do not want to deposit the money into your account, you may decline the transfer.

If you are not currently signed up for MemberDirect Online Banking, do not have a personal account or are not yet a member, please contact a Progressive Credit Union branch for assistance.
